Level Up was founded by Caron Murphy in 2019, an ex-City solicitor, highly experienced L&D professional, and recovering perfectionist. We specialise in working with individuals in the legal sector, other professional service organisations, large corporates and SMEs, to create sustainable change for both the individual and the wider organisation.

I found the process to be relaxed and informal, which I greatly appreciated.
